These were at Lake Kussharo in Hokkaido where I was expecting the mist to rise from the hot springs at the lake. Unfortunately on the day the temperatures were not cold enough and there was no mist. I’d not come this far to go back empty handed so I had to create the misty, dreamy look with the help of diffusion filters.
